The federal Perkins loan is almost the same as the subsidized Stafford loan because this is a student loan with no consigner. Such loans can be provided with a low interest rate despite your financial state and credit worthiness or other financial aspects. Perkins loans and Stafford loans are considered to be student loans no cosigner that can be availed by a student.
